Frustrating issues getting 2 of 3 Stats on App

Spent 3 days going back & forth w Chat Support trying to get 2 of 3 Thermostats acquired by the Nest App. After so much diagnosis & trials & errors, it turns out I had to create 2 new structures or homes (i called them Upstairs & Basement), for the App to recognize their existence. Now I have to toggle between the 3 ‘homes’ to manage the Tstats. Worst yet, is that Alexa is not able to discover the new ones. So, in my opinion, all the Smart stuff is plain Frustrating and Dumb. Support said they’d look into those 2 remaining issues and get back to me. Not holding my breath.
Excellent set up but please add HomeKit integration!

I really found the nest installation process easy and well described. Programming the nest was also a breeze other than turning the wheel for text input (could phone keypad entry be added?). My biggest request is to add native HomeKit integration (minus one star for that). Otherwise excellent!

Very sad this feature doesn’t work all the time. It did when we first got the Nest and it was great. Now it probably doesn’t work half the time when we are gone.

This app desperately needs an update. I get that if it worked as intended then maybe you can ignore it for a few more years but it often doesn’t connect to google servers, which causes schedules to be reverted and so on. Please update and bring this into the modern day.
Does not work with airplay, Chromecast

Tried to use the Nest app to share a camera to an Apple TV, does not work. Tried to use the Nest App for TV OS and it does not accept the Google Account we were required to migrate to. Finally, I remembered that I had a Chromecast. Surely Google Nest can cast to a Google Chromecast from the Google Nest for iOS app on an ipad would work, right? No, it does not.

Used it on iPhone. Unable to create a login or login using google account. Planning the return the nest thermostats.
Nest Thermostats program lackluster!

It is a very simple and not really a smooth working program. You can not put device in a “HOLD” temperature for a time like if going out for a day, week or even a month. You have to reprogram your entire week to make the changes for the days you want instead of a hold feature that is a simple program change to the software. You change temperature to say 55 hit hold, DONE!!! When coming back you go back into program and turn off HOLD and your program goes back to normal running program you have previously set up. HOW SIMPLE IS THAT?!?! Nest WAKE UP AND MAKE THAT CHANGE BEFORE people start going to other Thermostats!!! The thermostat is a great device the program not so much!!!
