Great app, would be great if it had apple CarPlay

It’s working awesome for my Chamberlain opener that I just got. Only thing I’d like to change is to add the ability to pull it up as an app on my Chevy Cruze radio on Apple CarPlay. Maybe on the next update that would be possible. For security reasons I’d like to just remove my opener from my vehicle entirely and just use the app, and I’d find it very useful if I could just tap a button on my radio rather than unlock my phone and pull up the app.

I installed a MyQ hub and sensor within 15 minutes about 1 month ago. The MyQ phone app 'walks' you thru the simple install process--easy. I also installed a camera in my garage so that I could monitor MyQ to verify that the system was working correctly which it has. Highly recommended product.

Does not stay connected, works ok for first two or three times then tells me it is not connected. Waste of money to purchase for automation.

8/21/19 Update: Ugh ... I made the mistake again of updating the app. Once again, it said there was a problem with the sensor and removed my opener again from the app. There is nothing wrong with my sensor... the battery is good and I push the button on it as instructed, the unit responds with a “beep” and then it removes the opener from the app, which in turn removes it from the Amazon Key app. Every time they “update” the app, something breaks. This last update, it was not recognizing my sensor. When I tried to have the app re-recognize my sensor, it deleted my opener. I now have to set it up again, which means getting out a ladder and starting the process all over. The old app was much better. 1/2 to 1/3 of the time it seems that I cannot open the garage door using Siri. I have to open the app to get it to function, which totally defeats the purpose of using Siri and having a ‘smart garage’.

Even with Touch ID set up more than half the time I have to type in a password. Talk about super inconvenient when driving up to your house. This wasn’t alway the case. Once I’m logged into my phone, don’t log me out. This is no way to have a positive user experience.
