The app is simple and it works as advertised.

Changing the iCon from maroon to blue is confusing during a notification alert. Now it resembles several other Apps too include the RING Doorbell App. Please change it back to what was your display alone, thanks

Unreliable GARBAGE especially Apple Watch app

Not reliable, especially on Apple Watch, and when I use my watch and ask open my Q, it starts playing my music que and the old app was called Chamberland and I could use my watch hands free to open my garage, but it’s just never ready to use from watch, so -100000 stars for this crap app. FIX IT

Works great with Amazon Key! But...

I love being able to check the status on my garage doors and having the app let me know if we left one of them up in the evening so they don’t stay open all night. I had my first Amazon package delivered inside my garage yesterday and it was great! This would get a solid 5 stars though if Amazon/MyQ would allow more than one Amazon account to be linked. Most homes have two or more Amazon accounts, for example a husband and wife. Right now only my Amazon account is able to be linked to MyQ to allow Key to work as when I try to register my wife’s account it says there is already an account linked to this garage. Until Amazon/MyQ allows this I can only give this 3 stars because it barely works halfway as good as I would expect it to.

I have the IQ hub. App changed to this. Since app forced change to this, we will wake up after ABSOLUTELY sure we closed all doors, garage included. Garage is wide open or back from work. I have deleted, refreshed! Still doing same. Sometimes, one of the garage door will not close from the app and you have to used the fab or even you click for the 2 Nd garage and both doors open. I am so disappointed. Updates are to make things better not this. Pls fix this. In the mean time, I will delete the app.

It is good overall but has difficulty opening garage remotely.

There is a minor bug with the notification. If you want to set a notification for the garage being opened over night you have to do it in two chunks. Like 9:00pm-11:59pm and 12:00am-7:00am. You can't just do 9:00pm-7:00am because it gives an error that start time can’t be later then end time. The software should be smart enough to handle this.

Used to be absolutely awesome. Now, whenever i try to use, it takes me to the app store. The one step process in now an annoying three step process.

So my friend told me about this system and I love it. I leave early in the morning and it’s a nice feeling when I can double check to ensure if the door is open or closed. Super easy to install worth the investment
