Apple Watch version not working

App for Apple Watch overlaps and makes pressing buttons almost impossible.

In theory it’s a good idea. It is kind of slow though. Submit it and about a minute later it should go through. In an instant world, it’s not great. For a “Did I Forget....” moment. It’s nice. If you really want remote start then I guess it’s worth the $. But that’s a personal choice. App seems to do okay with it all. I’d give it a try. But I wouldn’t say it’s a must.

Horrible support for app no help from customer service

App worked ok for just a little over 2 weeks. It connected with the car about 30% of the time but had all the information it was supposed to. After exactly 15 days it stopped showing all the status details. I called customer service and after more than an hour on the phone they couldn’t figure it out and opened a case giving me a case number said it would take 3 to 5 days. Called back after 3 days no answers so they opened a new case with a new case number. After a few days they asked me to send screen shots. I sent them in and a couple days later I get a call asking for screen shots again. It’s been 10 days since I opened the first case and it still isn’t working. they just don’t care. It shouldn’t take so long to fix a problem. I have given up on this app. It was a huge selling point with the salesman when I bought the car and the app has a lot of potential but I don’t think the company cares enough about it to make it a great app. Since they are using the app as a major selling point and it’s not working correctly maybe a class action lawsuit suit should be the answer.

The Bluelink service works most of the time, but the app's functions will sometimes fail such as the new Enable Touch ID. The customer service agents were terrific though.

Should have paid to add remote start

Really the only reason I wanted this was to be able to remote start my car in the winter & it works maybe once a week. There's always an error saying service unavailable at this time or request sent but not received. I had no problems with the old version. Horrible service

The only thing I would use the app for is remote start and it only works when there is a solar eclipse. They need to eliminate all of their conditions and have the app do the work (i.e., lock the door and start the car) and it needs to happen in the same time it would take a key fob to do the task. They also need to replace the pin with fingerprint authentication. I suspect the guy who designed this got fired and so duh changes will never happen.

Remote charging stop working

Remote charging stop working. The green light on the dashboard blinking green (plugged) the app says the car is not connected. The whole app is buggy and needs to be re-built from the ground
