Slow

Gravaman

Very slow (<30 seconds.) Lacks adequate confirmation. Often times out. I assume these delays are artificial to allow transactions to be processed efficiently on undersized IT. I like the idea. But it simply is frustrating to use.

The app has really become a problem. Whenever you try to check the vehicle status it always gives an erroneous stating the server is taking longer than normal try ago later or call blue link.

Works well

Tishna

Works well and reliably but the interface is outdated and needs a comprehensive redesign. Would also like to see some new features like remote heated seat activation.

Spotty service

J3d1master

Don’t rely on this service when you really need it. They can’t seem to keep their servers up, so on the coldest day of the year my remote start is worthless. “Your request could not be processed. Please try again later.” Does this thing ever say anything else?

Blue link

Alfonz2112

The Blue Link videos crash every time.

Perfect!

Easy to use! 3 years free with new car purchase! Love being able to start my car, lock/unlock doors and keep up with maintenance all from the app.

Bluelink?

GrabASnookie

Cant access anything built into my 2016 Genesis without a subscription to bluelink which is operated by Verizon. Biggest scam going by a great car manufacturer. What’s sad is that there are so many functions we paid for when we purchased a Hyundai and we cannot use like Remote start - we paid for this and should be able to at least use it at home over WiFi or within Bluetooth range, who needs to remote start their car over 50 feet away? Hyundai, come on. Don’t sell fancy navigation systems and force us to use bluelink. What’s worse is that I have a very expensive 9.2 inch screen with a toggle and it’s useless because I cannot even use Droid or Apple CarPlay because Hyundai refuses to update because they want us to use bluelink. Hyundai, I’m never going to pay for bluelink, it’s too expensive and there is no value for the monthly fee you and Verizon are requesting. Open the doors and allow the consumer to enjoy your amazing vehicles by allow Apple CarPlay, amazon, and google to be used on our navigation screens and especially the 9.2 inch on my 2016 vehicle. This app is totally useless.

Great App... iPhone X support?

benthebig92

Don’t get me wrong the app is functional, but what would make it even better is a fresh update to bring support for the iPhone X, and to make the app a little speedier with less lag/load time. I use this app daily as I just purchased the Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid, but it just doesn’t feel right on the iPhone X with the large black bars on top and bottom showing everyone the app is out of date. The last update was almost a year ago, bring us into 2018!

App no good

xman9803

Honestly this App does not work the way they said it would i would not recommend Please get with the program and come up with an App that really works If i would have known i would not have gotten the Hyundai Other App like this from other Car companies work better and they are free Unlike The Huynday App that you have to pay yearly, and may I add renews it by charging your CC without asking you Credit card fraud!!!!!

Worthless app

Chuck Hanson

The Dealer set up my account but the app has never let me access it. Each time it requires a password change and you need a second device to receive the password change code because if you leave app to retrieve password change code on your phone you have to start over in app and the code you just received does not work. When you use a separate device you can create a new password BUT next time you try to use app it does not recognize the new (or old) password. Worthless app. UPDATE (2/8:18): after I finally got the app working it is working much better. I’m raising it from one star to 3 stars for now.
