Won’t let me view videos about Bluelink on the app. When I press on it, it just goes back to my phone home screen.

It Just Doesn't Work

I've set everything up correctly. It worked for about a week and then never again. I always have the latest iPhone with the most up to date software, so it's not a compatibility problem. This app is completely useless. Really upset with Hyundai over this mess.

Yrs now and still unrealiable!

I give up with this app. I'm cancelling my service and getting a refund. A week straight now and my car still hasn't turned on.

Bluelink is a waste of time and money

Bought a new car and you only get a 3 month trial which you have to call to sign up for and call to cancel. App is horribly designed and is basically an HTML5 web view which interacts with an intermittent backend API that will occasionally be able to communicate with your car. Overall a waste of my time for looking into this, I would have been happier if this option didn't exist at all.

Worst app. Worst service.

I finally cancelled my Blue Link service this afternoon. Shame on me for putting up with this pathetic excuse for a service for so long. The remote services are completely unreliable and slow...if it even works at all. I was paying over $150/year for it and all I got was frustration. Hyundai should be embarrased and should not even be charging people to use this service.

Please hear from us! Redesign it!

Please to see our review, we all like Hyundai car with all those features. Please update it !

Alexa support

Not happy with the Alexa skill support. I have a 2015 genesis coupe and I seemingly got left out of the app dev conversation for both this app and the genesis app. Not renewing next year.

Pretty unreliable

This app always glitches and most of the time when I use remote start, it gives me an error message and won't work!! Fix it!

A failure

Doc 1803

I would not pay any amount of money for this app due to the fact that it works only about 10% of the time. This app has been a great failure and dose not make me want to purchase any more Hyundais. Why would I purchase a vehicle when the sales rep pushes the app as a great app and benefit to the vehicle when the app doesn't even work. I have had greater success with Volkswagen and their app. It worked 99% of the time and was well worth the money. This app has been a great failure since day one and now they want me to pay for it really funny. The best part is when the app keeps telling me it is too busy and I it's unable to process my request. That's the only thing this app ever has done consistently is send me that message.

Much improved, but still has some basic UX flaws

I've been using this app for about a year and a half at this point so I can honestly say it has improved. However, it's still quite buggy. If your car's alarm has gone off and you didn't stop the alarm yourself with your keys, you won't be able to use the remote start feature. I had this happen and Blue Link support couldn't help me at all. They told me to take it to a dealer. I'm a software engineer so I tracked down the issue myself. If this happens to you, just trigger the alarm with your keys and unlock it with your keys to stop the alarm. Remote start should work for you after that. I also just discovered that you have to tap a button for the car finder to update its current location. That should probably happen when you navigate to that page. Even if you have to wait for it to load, it's better to show no data at all rather than bad data. And for those users complaining about force updates - get over it. Every app has to force update from time to time. If you don't like it happening over 4G then turn off automatic updates. That's not Blue Link's fault. And stop complaining about paying for it! Is it a bit pricey at $100 a year? Yeah, maybe. But building software and running servers 24/7 to support it isn't cheap either. Some nice to haves for this app would be turning on the seat warmers remotely and the rear defrost. Also, why doesn't the car finder work if you are over 1 mile away from your car?
