Horrible support for app no help from customer service – MyHyundai with Bluelink Review

App worked ok for just a little over 2 weeks. It connected with the car about 30% of the time but had all the information it was supposed to. After exactly 15 days it stopped showing all the status details. I called customer service and after more than an hour on the phone they couldn’t figure it out and opened a case giving me a case number said it would take 3 to 5 days. Called back after 3 days no answers so they opened a new case with a new case number. After a few days they asked me to send screen shots. I sent them in and a couple days later I get a call asking for screen shots again. It’s been 10 days since I opened the first case and it still isn’t working. they just don’t care. It shouldn’t take so long to fix a problem. I have given up on this app. It was a huge selling point with the salesman when I bought the car and the app has a lot of potential but I don’t think the company cares enough about it to make it a great app. Since they are using the app as a major selling point and it’s not working correctly maybe a class action lawsuit suit should be the answer.
