Once the tutorial begins it just keeps playing over & over. I can’t end it!!!! UGHHHH!

It was hard to look up my RX costs. I couldn’t download the records I did find. No pharm found within 50 miles while my Walmart pharm is 1.4 miles away. Useless

Tired of trying to get my medication through the app when it doesn’t even work. Needs to go back to the developers and fix it.

I’m trying to get my policy so I can go to the dentist. I applied online with all my personal info and a credit card. I got an email saying look forward for a decision letter. It never came and I’m calling customer service. Well, bad idea. I called them for three days straight with no answer. It’s a automated system that supposed to connect you to a person and it doesn’t, it just rings until you give up. I finally got someone on the phone this morning and he put me on hold for 20 mins until the call unexpectedly ended. Worst company because of their customer service. I don’t know what kind of service they have because I just can’t make it that far to even get a client ID so I can visit the dentist.

Newly updated Humana app will not accept a password that is “pasted” or entered by Apple Keychain or by my password protection program. This method worked for me on previous log-ins. Could you please have your app developers correct this problem? Thank you
Nothing works

Crashes when I try to access any page beyond the first one. Can't access my info, can't pay my bill. For weeks, the website says there's an error when I try to login so there's no way to access any of this stuff via app and online.
