It used to force close every two seconds. The problem was fixed and it works perfectly

It’s buggy. Loves to quit randomly, it’s search function does NOT provide results no mater how specific or broad filters and parameters are set. This applies for all three Humana apps. My system is up to date. I follow directions to,no avail. I had a little luck using a browser to call up Humana but searching for a doctor seems to only produce hundreds of names no mater how the search is focused. I guess I’m stuck with calling which is about as productive as the app.

Whenever I try to see what providers are available in my area, I get the message that it cannot load and try later!

Does not update

For a major health care company, this app doesn’t work. It is not current, does not update your prescription information. Here it is March 2020 and there is no information for the current year. You cannot check your total out-of-pocket spending or see what coverage stage you are in. The drug information is not updated, current, or available. Humana must have laid off too many IT people. The only way to get your information is to call Humana directly and speak to a claims representative. This app must be using Radio Shack computers. I do not recommend this app.
Not A Happy Camper

One works on a few things, Humana last year was wonderful, this yr everything changed, I turned 66 and make less money but they took me off extra help and now I pay for all my medication and have been forced to stop taking most of my more expensive medications, my health is slipping backward. Why am I still paying? Something is wrong with our elderly health care. It’s almost like we hit a age and they don’t give a darn.. Humana go back and start caring like you used to, your app needs help..
