The app is still pretty useless except the claim display has been fixed for a while. It would be really great and important to be able to see stages and deductible paid especially this late in the year. Plz fix! —— This is my original review was from the beginning of 2020: l and I’ve also emailed support before ref issues: My claims for 2020 aren’t showing, last years show thru Aug.2019. Also, on the app, it shows my deductible met as 0 when I am close to meeting it. The web page does show correct info. Please fix the app.

This app’s only response is “Oops, that wasn’t supposed to happen.” It doesn’t do anything else.

If I could give them a -10 I would! From the time joining Humana and installing the app, I have had nothing but trouble trying to sign in! After setting up account on the app, I would not be able to get back in. I have deleted and reinstalled numerous times so I could start over with different info but if I might happen to get logged in it was only by happen stance after trying too any times to mention. I have had to change my email, my security questions, my password each time I might get in the app; I have entered my Humana # along with other identifying #s, and it said I was wrong. THIS IS THE MOST USELESS APP EVER DEVELOPED!!!

Low monthly premiums, great coverage, excellent customer service and very courteous sales representatives. I prefer Humana over UnitedHealthcare. I had UnitedHealthcare 4 months and it was a complete nightmare having to deal with that company.?

App does what it supposed to do and that’s what I need. Easily worth the 5 stars and I’m glad that I can do a lot more on my phone now. Humana has treated me well and I’m happy to be a member. Also thanks for the masks and the food card!!! Greatly appreciated ?

Using Humana .com gives a more solutions than this app. Also no place to ask simple questions like where can I get a flu shot. Finally no place to disagree with a charge from doctor. They want you to mail your problem

Fantastic experience, not sure at first, however I’ve been guided in the right direction from the representative. The app after updates never works any longer with facial recognition, you have to reset it all over. This is the only annoying feature in my opinion, otherwise no problems, I’m very happy with it.
