Providers not available????

I cannot get the app to show any providers no matter what zip code I put in. I can’t search by name, facility etc because I am trying to find a provider that is participating in Humana! Really fed up with app AND Humana! Tried website as well and can’t find a provider. Extremely ticked off!

There is no way to pay a premium using the app OR THE WEBSITE, even though the app description says you can and the “Your invoice is ready” EMAIL I was sent says I can use the MyHumana website.

This app has worked great for me the only issue I have is being able a to see all my children’s information. Which I am never able to do, hence the four stars but besides that completely a satisfactory experience.

Had an issue trying to understand how to see everything I needed to in the beginning. But now is easy for me to use and navigate.

After I sign it, I get a message stating that I don’t have coverage. I guess those monthly payments I’ve been making to Humans are all for naught. The message tells me to call Humana. Good luck with that! Should be we have switched from WellCare. I gave it a one star review because I’m a nice person.

This app is so annoying. Ever time I go in and set for my tumb print is dose not work. I have to put in my password it doesn’t work. I have to reset my password in order to get in.

I have never had a problem with this app or Humana just all around good experience I have had this App for 4 years now and I really can’t complain so Thank you App people.
