Claims won’t load and the stage of coverage inaccurate

Claims will not load in the app and the stage of coverage is not accurate. I have called several times but no one knows what to do to correct the information on the app they just direct me to MyHumana.com but I want to use the app.

I like the APP. One problem that I have is that the 800 Contact numbers are useless from outside the USA. I am in other countries frequently and need to have email contact or local USA phone numbers that I can access.

I can’t see a detailed spend for my prescriptions in this app...difficult to manage and verify what stage I’m in or approaching.
Problem with claims and ded. on the app.

My claims for 2020 aren’t showing, last years show thru Aug.2019. Also, on the app, it shows my deductible met as 0 when I am close to meeting it. The web page does show correct info. Please fix the app.
Medical & Pharmacy Claims won’t show up

I can’t see the recent medical and pharmacy claims. It ain’t working at all, it wont show up. Need to fix this asap.

App will not open. Says my coverage cannot be loaded even though it has already confirmed my coverage. Pretty much useless

Each time I attempt to login to my account through this app, it crashes. It’s becoming worthless to use this app on an iPhone.
