Useless App. Each update is worse and worse. Huge Lag time *if* it even lets you to login.

Whenever I try to see what providers are available in my area, I get the message that it cannot load and try later!
Version 5.8.3 broke Touchid Signin

I just updated to 5.8.3 and now I am prompted to enter my password every time even though Touchid is enabled in the app.

UHC has a better and more useful app by far. I liked the fact that on UHC I was able to pick a doctor and a type of visit and they would tell me approximately how much it was gonna cost me to go. There’s nothing like that on here which makes this app very unuseful.

This is the only app that actually works in the health care industry, at least for what I need it for.

I had a great experience with the app. No problems getting through to a provider and no problems with the video feed. Saved me a trip to the doctors office.

Can’t retrieve username or reset password on IOS version app. This needs to be done on a laptop. Otherwise it works fine.
