Shows incorrect information. You can’t see your benefits. You can’t see your EOB’s. You can’t see the amount you have left on the yearly balance. Needs a complete overhaul.
Rate the app not the company ? Really!

Ok. There is no way to rate the company from the company’s app. Also the app and the company are the same. Sorry boss but yes. On the phone the company puts one through circle out the door soooo... Buyer beware DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Cumbersome, confusing, non-functional. This app and it's sister the Humana Pharmacy app (since this is a prescription drug insurance company, are two apps really necessary?!) will drive you to your PC or laptop and the Web-based UI.
Won’t let me login

Everytime I try to login it won’t recognize it, I’m not sure if it’s because I have dental plus. But it works on my computer when I login with no problem.

This app is pretty much USELESS. I can no longer see any claims, no estimate for prescription, freezes up. What is the point! I uninstalled reinstalled still useless. Bye zero stars
Too slow to open the app

Every time you need to open the app, it takes a couple of minutes to load. Building experience building coverage... crap

Document scanner
Received an email to find my notification of changes on the Forms and Documents Page. This page is nowhere to be found. And there is not on line chat to get an answer. Definitely not user friendly.
Was accessible with voiceover before the last update.

This app was accessible with voiceover for blind users until the last update. Now when loading there is no text to speech feedback at the dashboard. Frustrating.
