Liberty

App won’t let me manage my AT & T account—keeps telling me to sign in. However, I can manage my Liberty account—which I don’t have seeing as how I do not live in Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands. Have been a customer over 10 years. I think it’s time to leave.


Why so difficult?

It’s like getting into Fort Knox to pay my Bill. 500 times asked for a code to text to make sure it’s me. Annoying.


Always “too many streaming devices”

I understand I am allowed 2 streaming devices. If the app is on two tv’s, phones and an I pad- even though only one tv is streaming, I cannot watch on my iPad. I was told I would have to delete the app and re upload or sign out of all devices to watch the two I want. This is 2020! This is the 5th time I get this message. After I call or chat online, the problem is magically fixed. What in the world is going on? I have had my phones with ATT and had Directv until it changed to ATTTV. T-Mobile has a nice plan and other streaming services are great without this trouble. Can anything be done??? I’m getting a little tired.

This app was great and I managed all my att services on it. But right now I can’t even get logged in. I log in and then it takes me to a page saying I need to log in and so I log in and it takes me to a page that says I need to log in and so I log in and it says I need to log in and I log in and it says I need to log in. You get the idea, I feel like I’m trapped in a monologue conversation with Ray Ramano. Please help.


Upgrade NOT

I triedTo upgrade my 10 however in doing so I did everything right and paid the money but now it Hass to be canceled. Now it’s all screwed up as they canceled it and now I can’t even upgrade for what I was getting before. This cost me 90 minutes on the phone with three of your representatives that couldn’t do anything for me but tell me I’m sorry I’ve heard that about 100 times I still don’t have an upgrade and I still can’t get an upgrade now because it’s off the account and I still have my old phone. What a horrible app.

App does not work for making payments on my AT&T accounts. Says no temples available and sends me to my iPhone home page. I have been on the phone for hours with AT&T people multiple times. The next time I try to make a payment it doesn’t work.

Three months ago I lost my phone waiting for a new one to come in it was the height of the pandemic. AT&T local store sold me a new phone and convinced me of getting a second lane for 20 more dollars a month now I found out that my bill is now $186 a month I can use the senior advisor for further help thank you

Can’t make arrangements online

I’m trying to make a payment arrangement and the automated system keeps telling me to hold for the next available representative. However, your offices are currently closed as it is 1:42 a.m. I keep trying to do it online but am having no luck. The AT&T app keeps bringing up my mobile account. That’s not what I need. Right now this is very frustrating!!
