Always “too many streaming devices” – myAT&T Review

I understand I am allowed 2 streaming devices. If the app is on two tv’s, phones and an I pad- even though only one tv is streaming, I cannot watch on my iPad. I was told I would have to delete the app and re upload or sign out of all devices to watch the two I want. This is 2020! This is the 5th time I get this message. After I call or chat online, the problem is magically fixed. What in the world is going on? I have had my phones with ATT and had Directv until it changed to ATTTV. T-Mobile has a nice plan and other streaming services are great without this trouble. Can anything be done??? I’m getting a little tired.
