2/2/21 update broke data usage status – My Verizon Review

If you have not yet updated to the latest version of this app, don’t! It no longer shows how much data has been used as a mobile hotspot either on your phone or for Mifi devices on My Account. The last versions had a bug for Mifi devices as the main screen under your list of devices always showed 0GB used but if you clicked on it for details it showed actual data usage. As Verizon limits the data that hotspots can use on the “Unlimited” plans, tracking this is essential. My husband’s phone has not yet updated and can still see these details. I now cannot as even the detailed usage no longer shows the actual data used and now only shows the percentage type of use (e.g., web). We toggle between different Hotspot depending on how much data was used. I cannot even see this dará now using the virtual assistant. Please fix!!!
