Bad...just bad

The app has improved a little. The layout has gotten better. But functionality is terrible. Run into dead ends all the time. Tried using the supper search bar. And for some reason it was adding letters to my search every time so I could not get the help I wanted. Website doesn’t have a chat support option so I still have no idea what to do. App and website needs work.

I have been a client for almost 18 years and with only 2 lines that only one is really used I am still paying 187 a month. Only one of the lines is in use the other belongs to my kid that doesn’t really use the phone maybe 30 min a month if that. I called to see if there was a better rate and was told 187 was the best they can do. To top it off I had an employee discount that was taken off because I have “such a great plan” but the thing is they never told me they would take my discount away when I changed plans. Needless to say I am looking for another carrier... I hate dropping the long term relationship but it seems like you’re more about getting the new unsure clients rather keeping your long term commitment ones?

When something is wrong after 11 pm with your phone..... can’t get help very annoying

Has always been convenient when it comes to paying my bill and I love the reminder because I will forget a bill like Hillary ???

This app is just as bad as sprint service. Glitchy and you have to enter your password 100 times to do anything.

Some things can’t be done, some things look like they can’t be done, but can if you are tenacious. And some things are obvious to do and obscure what you want to get done. Oh look, my review is obtuse, too. Go figure.
