17 year client – My Sprint Mobile Review

I have been a client for almost 18 years and with only 2 lines that only one is really used I am still paying 187 a month. Only one of the lines is in use the other belongs to my kid that doesn’t really use the phone maybe 30 min a month if that. I called to see if there was a better rate and was told 187 was the best they can do. To top it off I had an employee discount that was taken off because I have “such a great plan” but the thing is they never told me they would take my discount away when I changed plans. Needless to say I am looking for another carrier... I hate dropping the long term relationship but it seems like you’re more about getting the new unsure clients rather keeping your long term commitment ones?
