Horrible customer service

Did a online chat paid the $245.41 previously rep claims that went towards accessories for a phone my daughter DID NOT upgrade to so we had to pay service bill Not happy customers

I can pay my bill without signing in. But I have to sign in to view said bill?? Trash app from a shady company as usual ??‍♂️

Went to the sprint store to upgrade my iPhone 6s to an X. She said it was a 700$ down payment, I said the internet said 275, she said impossible cause it’s the same info. I pull it up again and she says well when you try and pay it won’t let you and you’re gonna need me again regardless but go ahead. So I did, it worked, I told her it worked and she said good for you. The internet should be consistent with in store purchasing, in my opinion. So I will only shop online from now on

Not happy that there is poor coverage in the outlining dc areas such as culpeper / West Virginia

I which I can give it 0. The same problem all the time. I even set the finger print and I thought it will be relatable app and it will use it but it keeps log me out and I can’t access.

Even at 3 stars this app beats the dysfunctional website.

I’d much rather use a website than an app, however I’d also rather beat my head on my desk than use Sprint’s website. This app has too many limitations to make it my go to method for contacting Sprint .... but at least what it offers works. Now why in the heck can’t I schedule (not make) a payment? Why can’t I change my services on it?

Can’t stream. 4G is just as slow as 3G. LTE is the same. Hardly worth the money paid for there services.

System has errors and doesn’t help much
