A sad man
Sprint is absolutely the worse service you could ever get if you are thinking of switching or even starting new phone service dont look the other way and find any other service high priced for absolutely nothing you drop calls the internet is horrible and you get hit with hidden fees like you wouldn’t believe. Screw sprint can’t wait to leave this service.
Feels like an after thought

This feels horrible to use. Out all of the nice apps out there I’m surprised sprint can’t create something that feels usable. Resetting passwords looks hideous on mobile. Paying bills has fields that you can’t tell that are editable. I could go on and on. Crappy app.

Good thing i get to write a review. I’ve been with sprint for way too long just giving a chance. But I can’t wait to cancel this phone. I’ve called dozens of times complaining about signal issues. Call drops all the time, and because I live in upstate NY if I go to the next town it goes into roaming. Thank God it is only 4 more months of tolerance. I’m done!
