I upgraded to the absolutely most expensive plan, everything unlimited and yet I have tried to sign on after downloading this onto my iPhone about 4 times, tried to login over 20 times, and a screen pops up telling me I have no connection. I switched from T-Mobile thinking this might be a better network, have been on this over a year now, it is just as shtt if not worse and I am only paying more. Let’s see what other provider I will try next.. I am surprised I’m even able to post this.

It would be convenient for customers who download this app to have complete access to their account, allowing us to make whatever changes necessary or wanted...At times we are redirected to the website which kind of defeats the purpose of having the app.

This app never lets me log in, always says to check my network connection. So I always have to call to pay my bill.

Let’s start with the iPhone 7 Plus that I have ,is a piece of you know just because I work with my phone and everytime i call the internet is gone. Ok here’s another issue they give me a free phone supposedly I lost the phone now I have to pay for the free phone isn’t that funny and the phone is 150 but don’t go I have another one.. Last but not least I go to the main store where I’m about the get my 7 plus the guy like all of them looking forward to sell a contract give me a free case and a free screen I’m sooo happy with that everything went well but don’t far I go to another store next month and you know what they told me that I Am paying for the case and the screen monthly 20 something dollars is really sad all they do just to sell a phone then we the customer ended up with a shade it contract

I hate everything about this company. I hate that I cannot be on the phone and the internet at the same time. I hate that the sales rep never mentioned that fact. I hate that they never paid off the phones I turned in from AT&T as advertised. I hate that when ever you go to Sprint location to try and get help you are greater with, “sorry, we are a franchise store. We can’t help you. You have to go to a corporate store for that.” I hate the app: it isn’t nearly as useful as the AT&T was. I hate that calls get dropped ALL THE TIME with Sprint: which never happened with my previous cell phone company. I hate how slow the internet is on this phone when it does get service. Did I forget to mention how much I HATE Sprint. I tell everybody I meet to never even think about it.
