Password issues

I am not that good at remembering passwords, so you need to add the thumbprint ID thing. Or have a way I can sign in and stay signed in. Password recovery should be easier too. So I can view my bill.

So update on the whole experience with sprint. I’ve had the service now for about 2 weeks and I’ve gotta say I’m not to impressed with the service. I’m right in the middle of town and the quality of the calls is really bad. Also of course no one mentioned that with sprint you can not use the internet while on a call.. so for as much as I’m paying for the phone every month plus the service I don’t think that it’s really worth the money. I think that it was pretty shady to let me sign up for the lease without even mentioning that oh by the way you can’t even use the internet if your on the phone. So far the experience has been great! Shashonna and Jesus helped me with (MOST) of my experience although ALL of the associates in the store did actually help me with one thing or another. They were all very kind and quick to answer any questions I had, and in fact even did everything in their power to help me get every possible perk being currently offered. If the service is good, I don’t end up getting jerked around and the staff stay the same I think it is safe to say that I will be very at Sprint!

Billing always says I'm past due on the actual due date. No grace period. AT@T was much better with billing and grace periods

Sprint billing is horrible

Sprint billing is an absolute disaster. I returned phones to the sprint company store and sprint can’t seem to account for this correctly. The login process for you able could be streamlined as well. Lastly sprint doesn’t have a clean exception process. Simply put I need to reach out to you to resolve this billing issue, there’s a maze of menus to go through before I can reach someone that can actually help.

Be advised! If you talk on the phone you cannot use any apps! Terrible service! Seems like each belong to 18th century coverage! Cannot use app while talking on the phone? What kind of business is that?
