It is far to difficult to sign in. I got locked out and my temporary username didn't help still wouldn't let me in. If I didn't know any better I would think you don't want me to pay my bill.

I tried to pay my bill on 3/28/2018 and 3/29/2018 and it was continually have problems. So I was able to pay today 3/30/2018 and it was late! Thanks for continually having poor service and products.

I was uploading the new credit card and took forever to take the picture

My bill went from eighty to one hundred and eight dollars and I don’t know why. Also my data got slowed down and it really messed me up. When my phone is paid off I am going to AT&T with pleasure. Sprint is no good

By far the worst app I have ever downloaded I’ve had it for a few months now and it never opens it just pulls up the loading circle I really don’t know why I even keep it seeing as how I can’t even use it. I guess that’s to be expected though since sprint has the absolute worst service and my data works less than half of the time.
