أتمنى من مؤسسة الاتصالات لما تقوم بتطوير تطبيق يكون على مستوى عالي ومنافس . انا لما أقوم بتسجيل الدخول من الويب لحسابي ادخل بكل سهولة ، ولما ادخل عن طريق التطبيق لا أستطيع الدخول . هذي المشكلة بدايات إطلاق التطبيق الى اليوم بالرغم من وجود تحديثات الا ان المشكلة لا زالت

This app is crap when It comes to live chat support. All they care about in the updates is fancy buttons and colors. When you have a problem and contact live chat, they will ask you “how much was your last payment” then you go to check your transactions history. GUESS WHAT? Chat disconnects. YOU CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE EVEN LEAVE THE APP FOR 5 SECONDS IF THE CHAT IS ON. come on I took me 3 tries and disconnects to solve a small problem.

Crappy chat system

New update but the chat system still disconnects you from the agent if you did anything else. Can’t use other app features like checking transactions while you’re on chat.
Update not working

App worked fine for a long time until the recent update (days ago). The update fails to download and the old version does no longer works. With millions of customers, this should really not happen.
Not very useful.

I’ve been an etisalat customer for years. The app doesn’t work and doesn’t recognize my account. It requires a login for every usage.
