Poor user experience – My Etisalat UAE Review

The latest iteration of the Etisalat app remains truly lacking in many ways. The process of paying one’s bills remains dated by comparison to other services. Du for example offers  Apple Pay as a means to pay the monthly bill. With Etisalat, the only option is to enter card details. This feels dated now that we are in the year 2020. Please update your app.
