Japanese in Animal Kingdom

Perfect. But I wish I could download this app with Japanese account.

I have so many issues with this app. It works only about 50% of the time and it says sorry we are having difficulty. It also doesn’t clear fast passes after they are used. Photos part and hours info works good.

This is a great App to navigate the park. Only one downside it’s slow to catch-up.

Pain in the neck getting our “magic” bangs do some magic and actually work on our Villa door - third time at desk and counting?? This seems to be a fairly regular occur since on multiple visits ?. Giving up on nicknames also - you make it a pain to submit a review ?

The app itself it’s helpful just add on not at all

I’m writing this review cause I’ve never been so mad when it comes to Disney stuff but they’re ripp offs, my family and I went to Disney World in May and I kept receiving emails of buying my vacation pictures on the memory maker, due to not having extra money I ended up buying them on the last day it was supposed to expire as soon as I bought them they disappeared and we try like 2 phones and 3 computers and nothing. I contacted Disney and they extended the time because no where does it explain really how you’re supposed to work that part of the app, well supposedly they extended it but it would only show two pictures of all the trip and we did the same trying to find them and nothing. So I contacted them again and they told me they couldn’t extend them and couldn’t give me a refund cause my memory maker was activated and I’m like yeah it’s been activated since the moment I bought but there is NOTHING to get from there so now Im $80 short for what NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING!!! So heads up the app is fine for everything else, but if you want your pictures either take them yourself or buy them while you’re at the park not after. But this was just a pain in the butt and so frustrating and I get nothing out of it. :/

Bought tickets online; still have to wait in line

We bought tickets online, but the app doesn’t display a barcode we can scan for entry. You have to wait in line at will call to get your tickets.

Slow and irresponsive

Very slow whenever I switch between apps or zoom in. Irresponsive all the time.

I would’ve given this 5 stars before the last update! But ever since then our pictures don’t come through right away fast passes are a pain it’s ridiculous. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app this is in fact my second time doing it. With all the money that I give Disney with my annual pass you think if they would fix this

The app works great but I wish it were easier to make dining reservations. I wish it showed restaurants you like the best and then you could reserve the time without starting over to look at each day.
