Disney Springs Bus Pick Up

The new Disney Springs Bus Pick Up is Terrible. One location and then once you get to the station, have another mile to walk to go around the place if you are bus stops in the high 20’s. Not coming down here much!
Great but could use a few improvements to the UI

Not as user-friendly as it could be. Difficult to navigate. Additional user studies should be conducted to enhance the user experience.

The app crashes All the time. It’s so hard to do anything on it since it’s always crashing. Disney you’ve got everything else figured out, please figure out the app
