i love your smell and i went to online shop using your app. i’m trying to get in but it won’t even allow me to make an account. i could understand if my location is allowing rewards, but i can’t even shop at least?

I really enjoy shopping for so many things here at Bath and Body Works. The customer service in the stores is always welcoming and friendly! The internet sales are always spectacular too! And I especially love that I can exchange an item when I get a scent that is not my taste. You guys have done an excellent job during this COVID-19 challenging time and you should all give yourselves a round of applause! Stay Safe and Happy New Year!!!

If I could give this app negative stars, I would! I live in a large metropolitan area and this app is useless. I don’t understand the reasoning behind limiting this app to a certain demographic and what it has to do with sales and promotions of an amazing product. Don’t waste your phone space by downloading this app.

I bought a holiday box because I spent 30 or more dollars. I opened it up and 2 items that were in the box said on the bottom, try me. So of course I would want to return them! I mean who wants stuff that people have already tried?! The lady said that we couldn’t return them because the try me sticker was on them and she said there was hair on the bottom! I don’t think there was hair on it, but even if there was, she should still let me return them. She also had a rude attitude at me and when she gave me back my things, she like threw it at me! I’m kinda disappointed right now, but WHATEVER! I mean I looove the store but not her!

App not taken by all stores. Doesn’t make sense. I also told the salesperson had a reward but she nor i couldn’t find it. Now I bought more stuff and I got ANOTHER reward and have no idea how to use them! Nit thrilled with this app
Will not let me get in

I have signed up 10 times and still will not let me get to the store and every time I sign up it just makes me put my email in again and it is just the same process every time

Haven’t been in Bath & Body works in years and now we’re obsessed. The new smells are amazing. And the employees at the Peoria north woods mall are always amazing.
