How is this not available in my area ? I’m in FL and that’s weird because we definitely have bath and body work here

More often than not I receive broken candles. The glass is cheap! Either make thicker glass so this doesn’t severely cut someone or package correctly and label them FRAGILE! The candles smell good for the most part but thicker/ quality glass for the price of these would make more sense.

I absolutely love the Bath & Body works app. They show you all the great deals and it easy to use. It helps keep track of your points and they give you a long time to redeem them.

Displeased w/Shipping

Best Invention Ever

If the site offered free shipping if we spend a certain amount of money, I’d then rate it a five. It’s the only thing wrong with online shopping. Most major companies and even small companies offer this incentive. I don’t understand why bath and body works does not offer it.

To say bath and body works is one of my favorite stores is an understatement. But I tried to make an account and it says it’s not available in my area and that’s crazy! The app should be available everywhere.
