How is it that this is the only Rewards program I have ever been told is “not available in you area”??? BBW...you need to fix this.

I love bath and body works and was planning g to use the app a lot. I have had it for two weeks or so and when I go to sign up it says I have to be approved for the app or something. I have done it about 5 times and still am not being let in.

Wish all app developers looked at Ulta’s. I feel they have a flawless application. Shopping, paying, shipping and payment of card is easy and convenient. Bath and body works developers have a lot of work to do for a user-friendly system. Love the product, just need some adjustments to their application.

It won’t let me join! I’ve deleted & redownloaded this app a hundred times,it just gives me an error. I’ve yet to see what this app looks like past the log in. It needs to be fixed & available in WV!!

This is a joke. With 1714 stores covering 51 states and territories in 1136 cities you only offer app access and rewards if you live in one 9 states! Bath and Body this is pathetic and you should be ashamed to even have an app out.
