game upset
I like B&B products but I am having a hard time with the website not accepting the coupon codes that I receive. In the last year I was only able to redeem coupon codes twice. (I think it was a mistake lol). I have also had major issues with ordering from the website. I do enjoy the products I get from B&B. Yes I will continue to order from the website do to the fact the closes store is about 30 minutes from where I live. Just wishing they would fix the website issues when using coupon codes they send.

You know the one that was available for EVERYONE TO USE . This peice of crap only lets members who are signed up use it and you can only sign up if you live in a select few areas which is not right. Either fix this NOW or give us the old one back ! Sorry for the rant I’m just upset as i want to order some stuff (no bath and body works near me unfortunately) love y’all’s body wash btw.

This is the 3rd time I’ve tried to place my order. I get all the way through to “submit order” and THEN it tells me items are out of stock. It would be so much easier if I knew that before I entered all my info. I’ve had to re add my info 3 times to only have to start all over again.

Over and over I add an item in my cart once I check out entered my payment then prompts me that some of the items aren’t available??? If it wasn’t available why was it allowing me to add it in my bag then checkout. Happened multiple times. It’s a waste of my time and hope of getting those item when really they aren’t available.

Is it me, or are others like me? I can login fine and place an order on the Internet, but trying to login to the App WHOLE different story. You would think as LARGE as the BBW are they would have an app working properly.
