I live for bath and body works and just went there recently. So I decided to get the app for like discounts and rewards and stuff etc. But I did notice that in some reviews that it said it wouldn’t work in some areas but I still got it, and sadly enough it didn’t work in my area either! I’m really disappointed because I love the store and would have loved to use the app. Please make it for all areas cause I’m pretty disappointed other wise I love b&bw!!

The app does not work for me, I’m assuming after reading the other comments that it is due to location but bath and body work is a great company therefore their app should be available to all locations.

Would love to use this app but it says my location isn’t allowed to use it. We’ve had a bath and body works in my city since I was a kid. So why can’t I use this app? I read other reviews and this app has been here for years, so why isn’t everyone able to use it yet? Why just certain locations? So annoyed
