This is not the first time that I get to my cart and have set everything up with the promotion only to when I pay I get told I have to shift things around because items are out of stock. Eye roll, this is getting old. Definitely not the customer experience I want to be having.
Oops Not Available After You’ve Checked Out

After spending at least 50 mins on your slow website trying to order, I get to checkout and there’s an “Oops”. I don’t have time for your oops, product not available. If there’s an item not available, please don’t list it. I’ve tried to order twice and your website did not identify which item was unavailable, there’s 10 items in my cart. I’m canceling my entire order b/c this is annoying, I’m too frustrated to get back on your website. Please fix this issue. Thank you kindly.

I keep adding various items to my cart and have no issue until I submit my payment. Then I’m told some items are out of stock and to remove them from my cart. Maybe don’t list the items for sale if you don’t have them? It’s really annoying.

BBW needs to have the rewards program in Oklahoma. I don’t use my points online because when I have to pay for shipping I’m not really getting a reward

I’m a lover of the app but my biggest issues are that I can never access my love it list which is super frustrating. I purposely put scents in there for future purchases but every time I want to add something from my love it list I can never get to it in the app. I have to use safari (or an actual computer) in order to view my list which really defeats the point of having the app. Sometimes it keeps me from even wanting to order online. my other issue is that I can only access my store if I allow location services, i.e. if I manually enter my zip code, the closest stores never appear as options only if I “allow location usage” will my store come up which is weird because I don’t have this issue with other apps. I can use either option, but for B&BW I can only use my location to access my store. again nothing major, but definitely annoying sometimes.
