I literally downloaded the app ready to spend about $100 and apparently I’m not available for rewards because of the region I’m in? It says it sent me an email but it’s been 5 hours now and I still have not gotten one. Now I cannot use the app and this was a complete waste of time.

I just sat here for over an hour shopping on their website just forward to tell me almost all of the items I’ve chosen or out of stock when I went to check out. I am so angry right now.

If the app says not available for your location, try adding a different location where app available. After starting the app you can use it from anywhere. It worked for me.

I love the app, but I don’t love the fact you can’t use it at all B&BW stores. It makes it very frustrating when you can’t receive your free gift.

I shop at the store constantly.. few days ago I went to the store for SAS sale with a coupon on my phone (20%off) i purchased a bunch of stuff, and when I was about to pay and use my coupon the girl there said I can not use my coupon because it’s not part of the SAS sale. That was odd but I didn’t mind at all.. so the next day i came back to purchase some things I didn’t get the first day.. and when i was about to pay a different girl was there and she asked if I had any coupons which was really nice.. so i tried the same coupon and it went through with no questions asked. Although i only purchased 3 items this time.. woulda been nice if i used it on my first purchase cuz i bought A LOT then. ??‍♀️

I use your app a lot. It’s great. The only problem is today I had several items that were unavailable. When I tried to remove them I went back to shopping. This removed my payment info. I had to put it back in three times. It was very frustrating. Perhaps the out of stock notice could come up when I review my order before I enter payment info??! Thx fir listening
