Disappointing To Say The Least!

This is a beautiful app, really. Too bad it doesn't work. Too bad I can't find any place for customer feedback. I got this to do some journaling. I write a thousand words a day before doing anything else. Today, I got about three hundred words in when the app started to "reload" and then crash which it did repeatedly. The few times I did get it to accept text, it only took about five characters before crashing again. That particular Journal book has only about 9,000 words in it. Looking into other journals, the crash too after a few moments. I guess I'm going to have to delete this since it doesn't work any more. I'd really appreciate someone explaining why this promising app doesn't fulfill its promise.
Why Isn't the Travel Journal on iPhone??

How ridiculous is it for the passion journal to be on iPad when most travelers on the go are attached to their phones and would love to have the travel journal accessible for notes, etc?! Big fail.

Moleskine paper journals are great. This app is not. Not intuitive to use. Deleted after a day.

Fortunately I’ve not had any of the issues other reviewers have and really enjoy taking notes in Moleskine Journal. I’d love if they’d update it to be a little more iPad Pro/Apple Pencil friendly though. Please don’t give up development of this app, I really like it better than most other note-taking apps! :)

I guess they prefer you get the paper version of their products. I was hoping this would be my "go-to" app for note-taking and journaling, but unfortunately between the "reloading" and "loading" and "starting" I find myself very frustrated with having to retype the last few words as a result. I also don't like the constant jumping around when trying to select text. I'll have to be content with using a lesser, but more reliable app for notes and journaling. I've also experienced the app crashing when I go to create a new journal.

This application is more than a waste of money it was the absolute waste of time. Sidebars that would not close text boxes that would not open, The entire experience was horrible.
