The zoom on the wristguard stays grayed-out. I want to use it so so so bad, I keep tring over & over. I wish desperately that I could draw a straight line. A shape would be wonderful too. Please keep providing updates. I believe this App has great potential. Thank you, thank you

No contact. Repeated emails and chats. App is nice but don't count on customer service.

I just got the iPad Pro 10.5 inch and I'm loving this app!...from the default page color, fountain pen-like flourishes with Apple Pencil to the ability to export and backup my pages. I think I've found my new Journal media! Great job Moleskine!

Nice features. One bug using the Apple Pencil. Touch the screen with the pencil (and holding for a split second) and it starts drawing random lines on the page. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars. iPad Pro 10.5", iOS updated.

There's some great functionality and it's fun to have a digital layout like Moleskine. Unfortunately, when writing with the Apple Pencil currently there is a delay that's not present in other apps and in Notes. The delay ruins the experience for me and I will look elsewhere. Maybe just typing will work fine for others.

Great Disappointment ?The best part of this APP is that it was FREE. I am a very loyal moleskine journal user and was excited but it was not user friendly and had very limited options for creativity.

Huge latency. Doesn't work nearly as well with Apple Pencils as apps like Procreate or Notability

I like this app but deterred from using as primary because of the inability to sync to/from iPhone and iPad.

Come on Guys (and Gals)! I’ve been wanting soooo badly to love this app for nearly five years now, and it remains absolutely TERRIBLE! As an international brand you are poised to be the market leader in mobile apps for handwritten, cloud-synced journaling, yet the app remains so below par. For example, I use a FiftyThree pencil and when connected to the Moleskine Journal app it actually works worse than when not connected! I’ve tried to use the Moleskine Journal app on my iPad and iPhone and there is ZERO synching! The closest thing is connecting to Dropbox which never works! Please, I IMPLORE YOU, to invest in this mobile app and make it what it should be, even if you must fire the company or developers currently maintaining it! Newsflash: you’re not going to be able to stand by the legacy of your physical notebooks for long. Investing in a world class app that actually works is not an option! Please, get with the program!
