You only need to attempt to use this app for a few minutes before you can tell that it’s not very good. I’m going to have to delete it and try another app. Please do better. My only need is to type some notes and it’s not even good for that.
Why can’t I back up to dropbox?

I have tried over and over and cannot back up to Dropbox. Very frustrated.

From a company with such quality products, they really dropped the ball here. Forget that it doesn't sync across devices, it's filled with more bugs than a rainforest

As much as I'm an avid consumer of Moleskin products...their digital rendition is a disaster. Lots of good intentions here. And the coding behind is solid. But it looks they lacked in their usability department. The navigation infrastructure is horrific. It needs to be simple: 3 buttons. Type a note. Write a note (with OCR) and Draw Pad where it all comes together. Realistically, my notes application is what I used the most in my phone, that too is very limited because it does not interact with my eco-system. Moleskin missed an opportunity here.

I really like the virtual pencil using Apple pencil, but I am clueless how to use most of the app. There are on boarding videos, but I have no idea how to get back to them. I lost my menu and I have no idea how to get it back. I want to use this app -- I just can't figure it out. The UI is not "discoverable."

After using this app for several years, I have finally given up. I just want to keep a copy of inspirational words, quotes, songs. The paste function does not work! It keeps pasting the same thing even when you copy something new. I just end up typing what should be a simple copy and paste! I have also lost things that were entered and had to re- enter them. I tried reaching out to the developers with questions. It takes weeks before I get a response.

I love the layout and paper options for creating and organizing multiple journals and notepads. Unfortunately it's unusable because the pencil disconnects all the time. I don't know if this is a pencil issue or if it's a hand detection issue. It seems that when my hand reaches the right side of the page while writing it makes a mark and then the pencil disconnects. This is beyond frustrating and doesn't change if the detection is on or off. Any fixes would be great! Would love to use this app. Please inform us if a fix is in a. New update. Thanks

I was so excited about this app, and it looks beautiful, but it is not user-friendly to say the least. I wanted to use it instead of the notepad app on my phone, but I find I don't use it because it is so frustrating to figure out how to do anything. I saw that there were some tutorials available when I first downloaded the app, but now I can't find them. Worst of all, I purchased the Recipe Journal, only to find that the data entry fields for "Ingredients" and "Preparation" are so small as to be useless. I would have thought that the whole advantage of digital over paper recipe cards would have been "unlimited" space - or at least flexible and expandable fields for text? Extremely disappointing.

Looks nice at first. Could be very useful. However, all your work is stored locally and vulnerable. This app needs iCloud integration, which has been available for years - this shows the developer does not care about this product. Handwriting support would also be great, along the lines of Nebo. Too bad.
