FaceID is disabled and never works

I use LastPass and after about one or two logins, FaceID disables itself automatically and the button at the bottom of the login screen does nothing. I’m so disappointed with this app, I must have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times to fix this issue and every time the same problem reappeared after a couple of login attempts.

I loved the app worked fine until the new iOS upgrade. Now I can’t log in, keeps asking for my phone number and then won’t go beyond that. Deleted the app and reinstalled it and it didn’t work. So upsetting!!!

ya say to use and instant check in of transfers and balances great!!! I also don’t go to the bank as much it saves time

I’ve been unable to log in for months, thought the new update would help, but no. I’m considering ending my relationship with metro completely because customer service has you running around in circles. They had the audacity to give me the 877MYMETRO number, the same number I used to get in touch with them in the first place.

I have uninstalled the app a lot of times and it keeps closing each time I get in!!! I put my password it gets in but immediately the app closes. ?

App is always down. Online banking as well. Metro can’t accommodate customers because they’re not willing to spend at all to work through their growing pains. App is down at least once a day. Just terrible!

Last 3 deposits said successful but never got deposited...had to go to bank to deposit. Hopefully this one will go through
