Terrible

I recently updated this app and have had nothing but problems. Every time I scroll down kicks me out. This is the worst application on my phone by far and probably the most frustrating considering the amount of money I spend each month on Facebook advertising.
Messaging not working

Messages from potential customers not coming through on mobile app. Read notifications never mark as read. Customer support is non existent. Not good for companies spending money on this dying platform.

This app is absolutely a disgrace to the name Facebook. I got it to manage a work social account, often times I interact with customers and it shows up as a response from my personal account-sometimes switching over to showing up as the business account after ten minutes- other times I have to erase the interactions. It is slow, completely counterintuitive, and glitchy.

You would think Facebook would have their act together with things like this. They do not.
App keeps crashing.

The app keeps crashing when I try to pool up my clients’ messages. I updated the app and the bug is still not fixed. Fix this bug ASAP.
Can’t save videos

Unfortunately Facebooks apps are counterintuitive and don’t have basic functions. In the Messenger app, you can save videos from a conversation... except when it’s from a page you run, because it redirects you to the mobile page for that. I thought maybe this app would alleviate that. It doesn’t. I still can’t save a video someone messaged to my page, and it’s ridiculous. Fix that, I’ll give it 5 stars.
Notifications issue!!!

Where can I turn off notifications for the Pages app so I don't see the Badge on the icon? They're not in the notifications menu option.
