The idea is there but there I cannot find a way to comment on a post someone shared if I am on there page. It just comments as my own personal facebook and not my business facebook. What happened to the “commenting as” button??

I’ve been stuck with a working title since I started my latest page. I’ve run over $100 in promotions despite them not allowing my name change from J Smothers-Artist to SmothersArt. This name is not taken, and I’ve been filing appeals and requesting changes for over a year consistently. My website, email, YouTube and all socials are SmothersArt. I get no customer service whatsoever despite them happily taking my money for trash promotion. Page manager is a joke.

This version is absolute garbage. Worse yet it is violating the privacy of FB page owners, which is a basic tenet of running a page. Should be held liable for such breaches. This app is an embarrassment to a company with market cap approaching $500 billion. Pull it or fix bugs immediately.

I cannot understand how a premier Internet company like FB can’t manage to create a world-class app. One would think that getting a “2” rating would shame them. We spend money promoting our page. We often need to quickly ban and delete with our iPhone if we get vile or otherwise inappropriate posts. Incredibly the app isn’t even synced with the actual page. The number of likes and follows isn’t the same. We can’t figure out how to activate the INVITE feature When we first started promoting our page we could go directly to the page itself on our IPHONEs. That worked just fine. We could see the most recent notifications and respond. We could go to the pages and INVITE...which is very important to us. Then for some reason FB forced us to go to this useless app. Made it really difficult to go to the page itself. Maybe the app works on a desktop but it sure as Hell doesn’t work well with an iPhone. FB...Until you get this APP right, please, please let us go directly to our actual page on our iPhones.

Hey guys, I know that no one that writes code for this app actually uses it and that’s why it’s been so broken from the very beginning. Maybe you could have some people out here (like me) who spend THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS A WEEK be your Guinea pig and have a direct line to someone so that you actually know what’s happening on your app... Hiding from us is an odd way to achieve the perfection that you’ve achieved on every other program you’ve got but can never seem to hit on this one. Have a beautiful day! I just updated my app on my iPhone/iPod (it was working great) and now I can't even open it in neither of them; I've tried deleting it and reinstalling it but it doesn't work. Please do something to fix it, I have a few pages that I need to manage and without this app it's getting very difficult. ? I really loved this app up until today; if I'd known I would've not updated. ???. Fix it so I can give you back a 5 stars rate like before. ?
