Can’t access Instagram business pages

It keeps telling me my IG is already connected but won’t allow me to access any of my messages from this app.

I get NO notifications when I get a message from a customer. How can I respond promptly when there’s no way to know I received a message without opening the app??!! Please fix this!!!!

I love this for everything it does but it doesnt perform to its claims, i dont ever get notifications and it logs me out on its own constantly.

I am not going to use profanity, because I don’t want this review to be removed. That being said, this app functions about as well as a bicycle with square tires. This thing is a joke.

This app always says I’ve got notifications. When I check the notifications there is nothing new. It’s a great way to stay connected to my business pages but it’s terrible to constantly think you have something new on your page and nothing is there when you go in and look.

Same message is being sent 4 times at the same time. Stop it. It’s annoying.

I’ve only had this app for a week and everything they advertise about it being “easier to access your business page” is a complete lie... So far, 85% of the time I cannot edit any of my information. It refuses to let me update my description. It will not let me add an address and just continuously buffers when I type in my city. It literally will NOT bring up my town or any of the towns near me. Everything on the page is SLOW in loading and overall the app setup is somewhat confusing. Not impressed, Facebook. Not impressed at all.

The app seems like it has a lot of great features but a lot of them don’t even work! I can’t add team members, I can’t create a cover slideshow without it saying “there was an error creating your slideshow.” Might as well use a different social media platform. My band can’t even change our name because “our followers will be confused.” okay we’ll just delete the page and use a different form of social media.

You'd think a billion dollar corporation would be able to produce a useable piece of software

That's just not the case here. In my opinion I hope another platform emerges from the hole being dug into Facebook. You deserve the devalutation you're getting tenfold.

The app got worse since the last update

The app crashes when viewing comments or messages after the last update It doesn't work back unless it's cleared from the memory and opened again Please work on solving this for the future Thanks
