I have been using this app as long as I have my page. It’s very useful to me, but I wish there is an easier option to delete photo albums on the phone. Most of the time I don’t have time to login on PC and the app is the only option I have, so if there is a option to delete an album, that would be perfect ?
Constantly freezing

I can’t use Pages without every 3 to 4 times the app with freeze and not let me open it until I close and reopen it twice. It makes dealing with business very annoying and is making want to switch platforms.

Pinning used to be available. No longer able to pin. Can except on computer can we get a fix.
They removed the “mentions” option

I use it a lot to know who tags my page. Now I can only see it with the browser- (Notifications-Activity-Mentions). Too bad I can’t downgrade few versions back
Significant problems

Although the theoretical utility of the app is undeniable, the execution is very poor. The layout of UI items is ill-conceived, and items overlap each other. Badge icons will not clear, and reading items does not mark them as having been read. Update: now, the only time badge icons appear is when a direct message is sent to the Page, and it displays (always) exactly "10." When the app is opened, there are no notifications.
In app sound

It’s driving me nuts. I have disabled the in-app sound but even then, whenever we get a page message, it makes this annoying triple ding sound, each freaking message!!! What the f is going on? Please take away that sound.
Not posting

Normally I don’t have any issues with this app, but today I’ve had plenty of issues posting anything. The bar won’t even move and if just won’t do anything. The internet connection is fine. I have a full 4 bars, just something’s off with the app.
No notification

I had to delete and re install the app after I had an issue of it telling me I had a notification that would never clear. And now, I don’t get any notifications at all. I depended on this app to tell me when I got a message, comment, or anything on this page. And now, I don’t know when I get anything and it’s making me lose business. It’s me and one other person that runs it but we can’t continuously check our facebooks for notifications. We have lives. This needs to be fixed ASAP. It’s about ridiculous.

As the owner of several large FB pages, it saddens me to see the drop in reach and engagement over the years. In 2015, I had no issue reaching a million folks per post, now I’m lucky to reach 100k. You need to realize that it’s the FB Fan Pages that produce valuable content that keep users coming back. It’s like YT or Instagram, no one cares about what their friends or family members are posting - and I can guarantee you they ain’t sharing their stuff. Users prefer to share our content vs posts from their friends of family (family/friend vacation pic). We are the dreamers, the artists, the creators, and you killed our ability to reach the fans that CHOSE to follow us. Your platform will continue to die as long as you continue to treat your content creators like garbage!
