I would give this zero stars if I could. I only use this app for the remote start feature, which doesn’t work 70% of the time due to “a technical issue on our end”. I seriously kind of wish I hadn’t purchased the car because of this. I know that sounds dramatic, but remote start was a nonnegotiable feature for me and now 70% of the time I don’t have one.
For Mercedes to have such quality and high end cars, the app is horrible!!! The whole point of using the app is to start your car among other things. IT DOES NOT WORK!?!? My former car was a Hyundai and the app NEVER had an issue…. This makes no sense at all!!
I sent the car at MB of Manhattan, I sent the car at MB of Brooklyn they kept the car for 1 month and they couldn’t fix the problem… they said me keep the car like this and wait for an update… the update might never come meanwhile I pay 200/year for the service. They said it’s the MBRACE problem… MBRACE said its the device problem. Nobody takes responsibility. The only temporary solution is to remove the fuse and put the fuse back in
The car will not start when it’s really cold out. That’s when I need it. The other time I would want it to start is when it’s hot. Well it doesn’t work then either. When the weather is perfect and beautiful outside it starts every time. And that’s if the app is playing nice. If you can’t get a reliable app, at least give me the opportunity to start the car from the key fob. I would have never believed anyone if they told me that this was something backed by Mercedes Benz.
This app used to allow you to remote start your car from the phone, but now they changed it so it just goes into an endless cycle of trying to start your car and failing constantly. This is a disgrace because of the reputation Mercedes has as a car brand. Whatever you do, if you download this app, DO NOT pay extra money for the remote start feature because it won’t work!!!!!!! What a waste of money and time
It’s brainless to have apple watch app support only 2018 and prior cars.
I use this app to pay my monthly loan, send addresses to my car, start the auto remotely and lookup information about my C300. It’s all you can ask for! Fabulous!
This is the works app unless you want to pay your bill. That is the only part that works. The remote start option works about 3 times a year at best for me. I have had 2 different Mercedes e300’s and they have both had issues using this app to do anything but pay the bill. It is absolutely the worst app and I expect so much more from Mercedes than this junk.
