Great app so far, works as it is designed to. After reading the bad reviews I would I highly recommend your salesperson and dealer setup this app up before you drive the car off the lot on the day of delivery. My salesperson and dealer handled the complete setup and made sure the app was working before I left the dealership.

No Call And No Tow
Brianna Bryant 2-7622188890 The customer service is unprofessional and unbelievably down right ridiculous!!! I had a blow out on the highway. I pushed the button and was connected to customer service rep #1 Brianna Bryant who asked for the year make model and vin #. I gave her all this information. BBryant tells me I can barley hear you. With my volume turned all the way up then she proceed to tell me she can’t locate my vehicle after we play 20 more questions WahIa she locates my vehicle. She explains tow is en route. I asked her for the tow company’s name. She proceeds to tell me it’s a 3rd party vendor and she doesn’t know their name but someone would contact me in about 30 mins or it may be sooner. After 20 mins goes by and no call I call back get customer service rep #2. #2 is a black male who never identifies himself before he takes the call. He tells me he can’t locate my vehicle then he said Oh I see your information. I asked him a simple question of the name of the tow. He tells me no case was ever submitted I asked for a supervisor so he blindly transfers me to customer service rep #3 who’s name is Teresa who quickly identifies she’s not a supervisor. She takes the call descaled the situation tells me Dalicia Hollingsworth w/ call me and she never did it’s currently 10:19 pm. After about 1 and 30 mins no call and no tow. If you want to work for a luxury brand then maybe it would be wise to hire literate employees who can read the screen in front of them. Let’s waste time and play 20 questions then pretend as if I can’t hear you! After I tell you I’m going to put a manager on the phone which customer service #2 never did. Let’s play like I’m doing my job which in reality I’m not~ such a ridiculous waste of time. Still a no call and no show. Thanks for nothing. Mercedes Roadside Assistance.

This is the most confused incomplete app ever. It puts users through repetitive processes that never get completed. I have authorized my vehicle many times but never get to the promised functionality.

For a $200k AMG GT R, only thing i can do with app is to lock the car and locate the car. DOE NOT HAVE REMOTE START or any other functions.. why the F do i ned this stupid app on my phone?

Nothing works on this app like the other one. It is not user friendly at all. Why did the financial get removed? I am not able to add my cars vin or navigate easily with the new app.
Sending address info to MBUX navigation

All features in the app are working fine for me. The app was setup by my dealer before it was out the door. Currently you can only send address info from within Mercedes Me Connect’s map to the car’s navigation. You can either copy address from other app and paste in its map or just directly type into its map’s search field and then send it over to navigation. You can even send the address before the car is started and it will appear in your navigation after the car is started. I used to be able to send address directly from Apple Maps to MBUX but the Bluetooth feature is no longer there after I updated. So 1 star less for this omission. My car: 2020 GLC 300 with MBUX navigation with AR (augmented reality) feature.

Come on Mercedes, your cars cost too much money for you to have such a horrible app. I don’t know what happened but I purchased a new Mercedes a little over a year ago and the app worked great until this week. Its showing my car is running, the door is unlocked and the trunk is open. Please update ASAP! It was working fine. I don’t know if it has anything to do with iOS 14 but it needs an update NOW!

This is a terrible app, not user friendly. I can’t find the payment area. Athens old app was better. Asking someone to nickname an app is for children. The one star rating is not low enough.
