Its so disappointing. Well mercedes is well known for their technology to be going bad all the time. Honestly I wish you charge me more for the car and hire better engineers who actually produce more reliable technology.

Ours has not worked properly for several months now. Contact customer service and no response. Absolutely BS. No remote start or any of the other features that help sell the vehicle and terrible service at the first sight of issues! Definitely will sway our opinion on the make of our next purchase.

This app is extremely unreliable and has no functions for choosing what notifications and how they are sent. It also has limited features, no climate control, heated seats, etc. Update - The app has gotten extremely unreliable. There is been a problem or failure everyday for the last two weeks. Generally either the app fails to fully launch or errors out when trying a remote start

I bought a 2020 C43 AMG recently and I have had nothing but problems with this app. Most importantly, the remote start has never worked as the car stays on for 10 seconds and then shuts off. I have called customer service several times now and they told me they would look into this and respond back to me . Have you heard from them because I haven’t.... You pay over $ 60,000 for a car and this type of customer service is inexcusable.

Lucky if you can even connect to the app, let alone try and use the remote start or lock/unlock. When it comes to “the best or nothing” it certainly doesn’t apply to their app development.

There is a lot I can write...but for starters.... this app does not even connect half of the times!!!! Seriously ?

To have an app this unreliable for unlocking and starting a vehicle is absurd. During morning and afternoon commute times it is unavailable more often than not. It uses ATT LTE and I know the reception is good at my home yet the app itself can’t make a connection. I would never trust it to be able to leave my keys inside while on a run or hike for fear of getting stranded.

This is one of the most temperamental apps I’ve ever experienced. Each time I try to start my vehicle in the morning between the hours of 7:00-9:00 I am unsuccessful. When I call customer service, they feed me a different excuse every time. They’ve told me everything to do short of standing on one leg and hold my ear and turn around twice before attempting and it still doesn’t work. This is not what I expect from Mercedes-Benz! It’s horrible!

When it works, it’s great but more often than not I get “connection could not be established. Please try again later.” You’d think that *Mercedes* would put out a better product.

The worst. Keeps telling me it can not connect and retry. I delete app, reload, and it works for a few hours. Really!
