Terribly implemented

This app is a poster boy for why car makers should stick to cars and let software makers do the software. I hope my new mb is better implemented than this useless app. I unloaded it since it kept giving me circular logins and incomprehensible text pages. What a joke.


No more notifications with iso 14

21 yr owner: Mercedes not ready for technology

I’ve owned most every class and experienced evolving technology in the cars. This app, is TERRIBLE. It puts an owner in precarious position of the perfect storm. As long as the phone, car, satellites, cellular, traffic, other Mercedes ALL working PERFECT, the app is great! But...what days would this all really happen? Mercedes needs to rethink the dynamic - when a customer will use the app, will be in dire need, a storm, an accident...cell service bad, a lost PHONE...a rural area no cell service or near a mountain... cars should NEVER be dependent on one-sign on situations. A security disaster waiting! Mercedes HAS LOST CONTROL of their brand, service, and the horrible thing is THEY DONT CARE!!

I’ve had my car for a week and the app didn’t even work for 3 days. After that I have been unable to connect my vehicle so I have no clue about any features it provides. For such an expensive car you would think all of their services and extras would be on point. Never had issues with Chevy.....ever! Fix this please.

App needs major improvements

It's only my first day of owning the vehicle, and I am already planning on returning it. The Mercedes Me Connected app needs: turn on heated seats, turn on heated steering wheel, and the ability to change how long it stays on. The reliability of the app is questionable. A Jeep has more features than this, and, surprisingly, Mercedes is not taking the time to fix these issues and add more features. Remote starting my vehicle and walking up and opening it only to have the vehicle turn of the engine is not how I would expect it to work. Hopefully, this email helps Mercedes empower this app rather than send me a message saying. "Thank you; we will send it to our software team!" Overall as a new Mercedes customer, I am extremely disappointed!
