Me Connect~Mercedes Roadside Assistance – Mercedes me connect (USA) Review

Brianna Bryant 2-7622188890 The customer service is unprofessional and unbelievably down right ridiculous!!! I had a blow out on the highway. I pushed the button and was connected to customer service rep #1 Brianna Bryant who asked for the year make model and vin #. I gave her all this information. BBryant tells me I can barley hear you. With my volume turned all the way up then she proceed to tell me she can’t locate my vehicle after we play 20 more questions WahIa she locates my vehicle. She explains tow is en route. I asked her for the tow company’s name. She proceeds to tell me it’s a 3rd party vendor and she doesn’t know their name but someone would contact me in about 30 mins or it may be sooner. After 20 mins goes by and no call I call back get customer service rep #2. #2 is a black male who never identifies himself before he takes the call. He tells me he can’t locate my vehicle then he said Oh I see your information. I asked him a simple question of the name of the tow. He tells me no case was ever submitted I asked for a supervisor so he blindly transfers me to customer service rep #3 who’s name is Teresa who quickly identifies she’s not a supervisor. She takes the call descaled the situation tells me Dalicia Hollingsworth w/ call me and she never did it’s currently 10:19 pm. After about 1 and 30 mins no call and no tow. If you want to work for a luxury brand then maybe it would be wise to hire literate employees who can read the screen in front of them. Let’s waste time and play 20 questions then pretend as if I can’t hear you! After I tell you I’m going to put a manager on the phone which customer service #2 never did. Let’s play like I’m doing my job which in reality I’m not~ such a ridiculous waste of time. Still a no call and no show. Thanks for nothing. Mercedes Roadside Assistance.
