Bummer I have to even give this one star. Downloaded the app fine, but then I went to add a payment method other than ApplePay and it wouldn’t allow me to. So I went with ApplePay, which it wouldn’t let me do either. So I tried submitting it a few times and it gave me an order number and asked which curbside number I was at. Then it said to go through the drive-through, which I did. Gave them the number through the speaker, they couldn’t find it and had me wait in one of the curbside slots. Then I was told to cancel the order and resubmit it, so I tried to. Same problem, so I gave up and went through the drive-through. So, what should have been a ten minute trip ended up being 45 minutes (the restaurant is literally 2 minutes away from home). Absolutely ridiculous, I am going to delete the app after finishing this review.

I thought if used the app I could order food and it would be ready when I get there I placed my order then it tells me to take my phone to the store so they can start prepping my order that is absolutely ridiculous it defeats the whole purpose

I don’t know what happened but the app signed me out and now I can’t login. It says “Sorry that didn’t work. Confirm your internet connection and retry. If issue continues, restart the App.” I’ve restarted the app, updated my phone, updated the app, deleted the app and nothing. I can’t login into my account. I hope this is fixed because I just want my cheeseburger. Thank you.

The app takes so long to enter in your order and then it forgets it sometimes after “paying” which can be stressful since it makes you you think you already got charged and thus need to waste more time wondering where it is and if you got charged. I just spent 20 minutes to get our order in for my husband to pick up only to find out that it isn’t saved in my account online but is only saved local my phone. Only my phone can check in to have the order started, not my account on my spouse’s phone. Also, if you accidentally log out on your phone your order gets deleted. When you log back in, the order is gone and not saved in the cart or in recents or favorites just deleted even after confirmation of receiving it. The deals are nice but with a big order it would be nice to have bigger savings. Since it takes so much time to use I only use the app maybe 20% of the time going to Mcdonald’s. I could have ordered, gotten my food and eaten it before the app order is processed.

This is my favorite McDonald’s location because the employees are the best; super friendly

After a certain time the app only offers breakfast options. Go through the drive through for the full menu, defeats the entire purpose of the app.

The app has not worked for months now, now you have added a reward program that is useless with out it. Fix the app already!

I’ve called both corporations to tell them that I had app issues trying to sign on.I’ve turned on and off my Wi-Fi to sign on but the issue is still happening. Fix it! If Wendy’s can design a streamline app then so can you, hopefully.

Warning: ordering phone must be present for order to have a chance to show up at store. So, you can’t have your spouse/friend order for you while you are on your way. What’s even worse is that the ordering phone will have a confirmation number when you place the order, and a message will appear that says to give that confirmation number to the manager. But, guess what? Your order won’t even show up, it’s not searchable at all at the cashier console, presumably unless the ordering phone is near. Why give a confirmation number if it can’t be searched to pull my order up which they’ve already collected for payment??? So, buyers beware! Looks like from other reviews that people are often charged twice, etc.
