Love my camera, despise the app.

I get motion alerts, however I can only view alerts from day before. That is if I am lucky enough that the camera is not offline or failed to load. Love my cameras, despise this app. Please make it better.

Beyond frustrating. Every time you try to log in it says your password is wrong. You reset your password and the second you log out...forget about getting back in! Because your password is wrong! I've changed my password five times with this crappy app. Forget it! I'm deleting it!

I have only had these cameras for 1 day love the cameras but the App to run them needs a lot of work . It kicks you off then you can't log back in with your ID or password , they send you back to set up again . That's not as easy as one would think . This company really needs to rethink the App before they lose customers even with a good product. Apps run to many things unsuccessful Apps have ruined companies .
Can't log in

Set up the cameras today and was able to log in on the computer. Downloaded this app and cannot log in. It says the user name or password is incorrect but I know it is correct as I use it to log in on the computer. Bought this system so I could access the cameras through my phone but it doesn't work. Had to give it one star to do a review, but it should be zero stars

I can't get this system going because the app can't find my camera ... even sitting five inches away! Glad to hear th cameras are great, but, at this point don't know how to find that out!

App is beyond frustrating. Live view is okay but forget about trying to see anything recorded. I'm searching for another way to make the system meet my needs.

My app worked for a day. It has since not worked. I logged a ticket, used their FAQ, used their chat support and have not been able to get through to anyone.

I get alerts to movement but it doesn’t record events. Have to reboot dvr multiple times. Unable to go back and see events as it says there aren’t any even though I get alerts all day.

The hardware is ok, the app is awful. So, without a good app, the hardware is almost useless. I'm taking the system back. Do not buy this if you intend to use your phone to control the system.
